Under fire on Iwo Jima in February 1945, Robert Nagorski heard the voice of his father giving him life-saving advice. On Father’s Day, the son of Robert Nagorski (above) remembers his father and grandfather through the incredible letter his father sent home from Iwo Jima: “People cleaning attic find heirloom letter from Iwo Jima and send it to family.”
