Report from Tbilisi
Michael Totten reports from Tbilisi that Russia is producing a human disaster in Georgia. Most interesting is the appreciation expressed by the Georgian refugees Totten encounters who express appreciation for for American and Western support. It is not apparent to me that we are doing enough to earn the appreciation, but I hope that we are.
