The Human ATM

As I’ve said before, Barack Obama is an impressive Presidential candidate in only one way: he is a human cash machine. Not content, apparently, with the record pace at which money has flowed into his campaign, Obama has set up a secret program in which big donors are pressured to pay $1,000 per seat to attend his “free” acceptance speech at Invesco Field. A Denver television station has the story, apparently after being tipped off by two Democratic contributors who were outraged by the Obama campaign’s tactic:

Obama claims to be a new kind of Presidential candidate. The more I see of him, the more I think there is some truth to that claim.
