What’s the matter with Waziristan?

In commenting on the death of Harvard professor of government Samuel Huntington, Mark Steyn pays tribute to one of Huntington’s most notable books. Mark also alludes to Robert Kaplan’s Atlantic profile of Huntington while he was alive and kicking.
