A Jaundiced View

Paul and I did our more-or-less-weekly “Power Line Report” on PJTV this afternoon. We have a lot of fun doing it, and I think the shows we’ve done so far have been fun and informative. If you haven’t checked out PJTV, it’s worth a look. For one thing, we all agree that the liberal media are a disgrace, and economically many liberal news outlets are in the toilet. But what are the alternatives? Pajamas Media is one of the few independent, truly alternative sources of news and commentary that not only exist but have funding.

But I digress. One of the things we talked about was Obama’s inauguration, which Paul had to experience more or less first-hand, living in DC. His view of it was more negative than mine, and he expressed some dismay at being even more of a curmudgeon than me. Well, that will probably change next week. In the meantime, if you want to read a funny and really jaundiced view of the inauguration, check out Spengler’s take in the Asia Times.
