First-rate coverage, first-rate snark

Tom Goldstein and one of his colleagues at SCOTUSblog live-blogged today's confirmation hearing. Their coverage is excellent, and Tom has demonstrated beyond any reasonable doubt that I am, at best, the second snarkiest blogger at our law firm.
