Dorothy Hoft, RIP

I traveled to Israel with a small group including Gateway Pundit Jim Hoft in the summer of 2007. He is a gentleman and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Visiting Jerusalem’s holy Christian sites with Jim was a special experience. His faith was shining.
Jim’s mother died earlier this week on Wednesday evening. He has posted a moving tribute to her where readers can leave their condolences here, and hundreds have done so. Jim writes:

She died at home in my arms. She was with her family. This beautiful woman moved into my home in 2001. I was so blessed every day to watch her and care for her; to cook for her and clean for her. I was honored to serve her. I learned how to comb a woman’s hair. I learned how to help a woman put on earrings. I learned how to care for someone else. I learned how to love more.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Jim and his family.
