A Milestone Achieved

President George W. Bush’s approval rating is all the way up to 47 percent in a Gallup poll released today, which puts him one point ahead of President Obama based on Gallup polling done within the last week. It took Obama a little less than two years to get his approval rating below that of his predecessor.
