History repeats itself

Then Senator Howard Baker formulated the question that framed the famous Watergate hearings chaired by Sam Ervin in the summer of 1973: What did the president know, and when did he know it? Now comes Andrew Malcolm to formulate the definitive Weinergate question: Whose crotch was it, and when did he know it?
