CNN, more even than CBS and NBC, has become the official television network of the Democratic Party. (MSNBC is the official network of the demented wing of the party.) In the video clip below, CNN anchor Christine Romans debates Senator Jeff Sessions, ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee, on fiscal policy. Ms. Romans swallows the Democratic Party line hook, line and sinker:

Sessions acquitted himself well, but is hard to imagine a CNN on-air personality taking a similarly adversarial tone toward a Democrat, on any issue.
