Well, I’ve done it without burning down the house for the last two years; this video showing the set up and immersion without fire is just over 1 minute:
A longer and more complete version of turkey frying from two years ago, showing the results after cooking (2:52 long) is here. This year it’s back to more old-fashioned techniques: one in a slow-smoker, and another on a BBQ rotisserie.
