Who Speaks for the 99%?

That is the question that Michael Ramirez poses:

I am sure that through our history, the Tea Partier would have represented, if not 99%, certainly a large majority of Americans. Today, I am afraid that while the Tea Party’s constituency is much larger than the Occupiers’, the disproportion is not what it once was.
