Live from Jerusalem with Shimon Peres

The organizers of the Tomorrow 2012 Presidential Conference in Jerusalem set up a bloggers only meeting with el presidente himself, Shimon Peres. What a great idea. All the questions were respectful and good to one degree or another. The conference that Peres has created is a phenomenon; I will have more to say about it when I get home tomorrow or shortly thereafter. All of us who had the audience with Peres expressed appreciation to him for creating the conference.

I was given the honor by my hosts of asking the first question. Citing a recent CNN interview with him, I asked about Iran and started the video running a few seconds into his answer. I am posting the video because I think what I caught was still of interest. Peres’s answer is quite uncompromising. Please turn up the sound and give it a listen.
