Reprehensible and disgusting

“Reprehensible and disgusting” was the judgment rendered by the Obama administration on the Muhammad YouTube video, but it is a judgment that more aptly applies to the Obama administration itself. The administration is a fount of falsehood and disinformation.

Jennifer Rubin usefully rounds up the whoppers served up in connection with the murder of our ambassador to Libya and three fellow Americans in Bengazhi. That this is the gang that cannot lie straight is no mitigation of the offense.

Obama himself has taken to lying in what seems to have become a habit. In his Univision interview yesterday, for example, he asserted: “I think it’s important for us to understand that the Fast and Furious program was a field-initiated program begun under the previous administration.” ABC’s Jake Tapper does the honors on this one, reminding readers: “In actuality, the Fast and Furious program was started in October 2009, nine months into the Obama presidency.”
