The Out-of-Thin-Air Candidate?

I would not have believed it if I hadn’t seen this CurrentTV clip, but Al Gore really does think the thin air in 5,000-feet Denver might explain Obama’s sorry performance last night.  (But Al, I thought our air was getting thicker all the time from greenhouse gas emissions?)  You know you’re in trouble when Al Gore notes you stink at presidential debates.

But maybe Al is on to something here.  Since Obama has been a lighter-than-air politician from the beginning, maybe he only floats at sea level (like Chicago, Columbia University, Cambridge, MA, Washington DC, etc)?
