Doug Magill, that’s who.  Doug is the communications director of the Cuyahoga County Republican Party in Cleveland, Ohio.  We met last night in Cleveland at a small gathering put together by the indispensable Buckeye Institute, now under the capable direction of Robert Alt.  Everyone in Ohio ought to have Buckeye bookmarked (and you should support them, too).  Yes, we hatched new plots to save the future of the republic.
