Watching George Stephanopoulos conduct a friendly interview with Dan Pfeiffer yesterday on the ABC News Sunday gabfest, I wondered: Who is Pfeiffer and why is he talking so fast? Pfeiffer, it turns out, is Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor to the President for Strategy and Communications. Pfeiffer helpfully explicated the foundational lie of Obamacare about keeping your health insurance if you like it: “If you had your plan and it hasn’t been changed or canceled, you can keep it.” Thanks, man, I really appreciate it.
Watching this segment yesterday, one other question occurred to me: What did the president know and when did he know it? I suppose we’ll get to the bottom of this obvious question around the time we hear from the American survivors of the Benghazi attack.
