On tonight’s episode of the Hinderaker-Ward Experience, we reviewed the news of the day:

* Brian’s favorite beer for a Thursday night broadcast in the Spring

* the Donald Sterling imbroglio and our alienation from the culture

* the upcoming Congressional inquiries into the Benghazi and IRS scandals

* the predictive power of poll results on Obama’s performance vs. soft issues like women’s issues and gay marriage

* The continuing obsession of Harry Reid and the Washington Post with the Koch Bros.

Point of Attack04And we were joined by guest John Yoo, author of a new book, Point of Attack: Preventive War, International Law, and Global Welfare. We talked about the book, which goes against the current political grain by advocating a more robust international role for the United States, and also about Professor Yoo’s role as the conservative canary in the coal mine–the first conservative figure, I think, who was subjected to the left’s hate campaign that we have now seen unleashed on such diverse figures as Condoleezza Rice, Charles Murray, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, and many more.

You can listen to the podcast by playing it right here, or you can go to Ricochet to download or subscribe to the podcast in various ways, or you can subscribe on iTunes or elsewhere. Or you can use Stitcher. There are many ways to experience the Hinderaker-Ward Experience, but I think the best is by subscribing on iTunes. That way, you never have to worry about missing an episode.
