Judge Sullivan is not amused (2)

Josh Gerstein reports Judge Sullivan’s order to the State Department in the matter of Huma Abedin and the emails of Hillary Clinton et al. in Politico’s “Judge wants Clinton certification on emails.” Gerstein places the story in the context of the lively litigation deriving from the revelation that Madam Hillary used a private email account/server for her official email during her tenure as Secretary of State.

Judge Sullivan entered the order on Friday afternoon. As of Saturday morning, Gerstein reports: “The Clinton campaign did not immediately respond to an email Saturday morning seeking comment on the development.”

It’s like in the old Jack Benny routine. They’re thinking it over!
