Mark Toner concedes

In his post “Debate this,” Paul Mirengoff reviewed the latest developments in the Clinton email scandal as reported by Catherine Herridge and Pamela Browne of FOX News. I found the significance of the developments hard to understand without Paul’s explanation. If you are interested in the scandal but haven’t taken the time to read up on the latest developments, I highly recommend Paul’s post.

In the video below Herridge quizzes State Department flack Mark Toner on the significance of the developments she herself has reported. Toner repeats the question. Toner pauses. Toner looks down. Toner hems and haws. Toner engages in evasive maneuvers. Toner pretends not to hear the follow-up question question before Toner finally concedes that “those are concerns that we take seriously.”
