Give peace a chance?
Tony Blankley considers the possible consequences of four foreign policy recommendations -- including U.S. withdrawal from Iraq by the end of 2007 -- advanced by critics of President Bush who want to "give peace a chance." Some of Blankley's scenarios are more plausible than others. However, Blankley's piece suggests that, the arguments of critics like George Will notwithstanding, the administration's current policies are a force for stability in the Middle East, at least as compared to alternative policies advocated by the left.
