David Frum on three domestic

David Frum on three domestic reforms being floated by the Bush Administration. They pertain to medicare, social security for Mexicans working in the U.S., and a tax cut on dividends. Frum is pleased that the Administration is now “thinking big” on domestic, as well as foreign, issues.
