Stanton Brown, one of our perceptive readers, alerted me to an argument in favor of quota-style Title IX enforcement with which I was unfamiliar. Apparently, an AP writer named Steve Wilstein thinks that Title IX needs to become even more stringent because women’s pro sports are not as popular as men’s.
