The CIA says that the recent audio tape played by al Jazeera which purports to be Osama bin Laden almost certainly is genuine. This tape is said to be of higher quality than the one released last November, which was said by the U.S. government to be, in all likelihood, genuine, but was dismissed as a fake by a Swiss lab.
