My conservative cousin from New York has this to say about Bill Clinton, prospective juror: “The New York Times reports that Bill Clinton is a prospective juror in a Bronx federal case involving a gang shooting. This Monday the court will select jurors for a voir dire based upon their answers to a questionnaire. Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald appears to be leaning towards removing Clinton from the voir dire pool. She notes that he has been the subject of an investigation by the US attorney’s office regarding his pardon of Marc Rich.
Well he beat the draft and it looks like he’ll beat jury duty.
Can you imagine your daughter sequestered with him. Now that would be be my idea of cruel and unusual punishment.”
