As France buys more time for Saddam. . .

The Washington Times reports that Al Qaeda is seeking recruits to attack oil fields in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia once the U.S. invades Iraq. The Times also reports that there are signs Saddam Hussein has planted explosives in Iraqi oil fields for the purpose of sabotaging them when the U.S. attacks.
