Iraqi Commanders Authorized to Use Chemical Weapons

Donald Rumsfeld said on Face the Nation this morning that Iraqi military commanders “appear to have received discretion to use chemical and biological weapons,” but so far have not done so. Rumsfeld warned that any commanders who use such weapons will be “hunted down for the rest of their lives.”
