Baghdad Dark; Special Ops Move In; Saddam in Syria?

Baghdad has gone dark; the photo below shows lights from a hotel that has a back-up generator, surrounded by darkness.

Debka File says that under cover of darkness, soldiers from the 101st Airborne, Delta Force, and Navy Seal commandos are raiding presidential palaces and government offices in Baghdad.
