Humphrey country no more

The Wall Street Journal’s John Fund has turned his eye to the epochal budget battle taking place in Minnesota and to the governor who’s going to stand down the state’s liberal establishment with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye: “Minnesota’s right turn.”
