A call to duty

Hugh Hewitt is our radio hero and Commissioner of the Northern Alliance of Blogs, of which Power Line is a charter member. Several weeks ago, in his capacity as commissioner, Hugh ordered us to execute a synchronized blogging maneuver with our fellow Northern Alliance members and was pleased with the results. In his online Weekly Standard column he subsequently forecast the rise of synchronized blogging to focus the power of this new medium on matters of urgent concern.
Today Hugh notes that Andrew Sullivan has called for synchronized blogging between July 4 and July 9 in support of the Iranian revolt. We’re strapping on our mouses (mice?) and preparing for our call to duty.
