What credibility gap?

The Washington Times reports on a new Gallup poll in which 86 percent of those surveyed believe that, before the war, Iraq possessed biological or chemical weapons. 83 percent believe that Iraq was trying to develop nuclear weapons. Although there is nothing to indicate that they were among those polled, the Times points out that Bill Clinton, John Kerry, Joe Lieberman, John Edwards, Dick Gephardt, and Nancy Pelosi (not to mention a certain Swede named Blix) are all on record as believing that Iraq had a WMD program.
