Recalling the wisdom of Malcolm Muggeridge

Trunk, I too saw some of the Buckley interviews with Malcolm Muggeridge. On one of the shows, sometime in the early to mid 1970s, Muggeridge said, “When people stop believing in God, they don’t believe in nothing, they believe in anything.” This comment helped spur me to shed what remained of my college Marxism.
