One of the fun things about tracking hits on a web site–which, truth be told, we do pretty obsessively–is following the Google searches that bring people to our site. Mostly those searches are reasonable; sometimes they’re sadly misguided–like “mary landrieu nude,” which brought two hopeful surfers to Power Line during the last election cycle–and sometimes they’re just plain weird. Like today, when someone got to our site by Googling “Anna Lindh Bob Dylan.” Well, those are two people we’ve written about. But the connection between them? What did our anonymous Googler have in mind? I’m afraid we’ll never know. And I can’t imagine.
