The mother from hell and her friends

The Jerusalem Post has a comprehensive, enraging account of yesterday’s suicide bombing (by the lady Charles Johnson refers to as “the mother from hell”) in which two soldiers, a border policeman and a security guard were killed: “Four suicide bomb victims to be laid to rest.”
The Post notes that Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Nabil Sha’ath, speaking from Copenhagen, helpfully explained that the PA could stop such terror attacks, but Israel must first halt its attacks on the Palestinians. While the statement pretends that the bombing was not simply another chapter in the PA’s ongoing war against Israel — indeed, the bomber was “cosponsored” by Yasser Arafat’s Fatah — by PA standards, the statement is unusually candid.
For additional insight into the problem confronting Israel, read Charles’s “And again” and the AFP report “Israel ‘to blame for Gaza attack.'” (Courtesy of Tim Blair.)
