So Many Blogs, So Little Time

Actually, I wish I had more time to read other peoples’ blogs. My surfing time is devoted pretty much to checking primary news sources for our own posts. But Yahoo has put together a directory of politically-oriented weblogs. It is far from complete; it omits the excellent PoliPundit, as well as Lileks and Fraters Libertas, perhaps on the theory that they are not “political” blogs. No doubt there are other serious omissions that I haven’t noticed yet.
Their description of Power Line is odd, and sounds like it may be software generated, based on a trolling of our “About Us” descriptions: “weblog from two lawyers, John H. Hinderaker and Paul Mirengoff, and attorney Scott W. Johnson.” Sorry about that “attorney” slam, Trunk.
This reminds me that it’s been a while since we have updated our links. We’ve been talking about this over the last week or so, and I’m hoping to get time this weekend to revamp and update them.
UPDATE: It’s done. I’m pretty sure I forgot a few sites that Deacon and the Trunk told me to include, so the links will be updated over the next day or two. In the meantime, check them out!
