Today’s buried stories

Readers have forwarded us links to the kind of buried stories departing from the media’s party line that we usually flag. First comes today’s WMD in Iraq story courtesy of the AP: “Chemical munitions found by Polish soldiers were being pursued by terrorists .”
Next comes coverage of the protest against Jesse Jackson held outside Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow/PUSH conference at which Bill Cosby spoke: “Protestors call Jesse Jackson ‘worst nightmare’ for black community.”
As a bonus to the story of the protest itself is the quote from protesting Pastor Anthony Williams of Chicago’s St. Stephens Lutheran Church:

“We are letting the Democratic Party know — from a state, county and federal level — that the black vote is not for sale. I will vote for Mickey Mouse before I vote for John Kerry.”
