Did he or didn’t he?

Over at his Daschle v. Thune site Professor Jon Lauck has dubbed the continuing controversy over whether Tom Daschle embraced Michael Moore “Hug gate.” In the latest installment, Professor Lauck notes that Moore has reaffirmed that he hugged Daschle at the Washington showing of “Fahrenheit 9/11.” I will simply add that when two liars disputea question of fact, the epistemological problem raised is probably insoluble.
