According to the AP via Yahoo, John Kerry has attempted to end the fuss about Hillary Clinton’s lack of a speaking role at the Democratic convention by asking Ms. Clinton to introduce her husband. Like Captain Ed, we somehow suspect that this will not assuage members of “the Democratic Ladies Auxiliary,” and we wonder how Kerry can be this tone-deaf. Then again, didn’t Kerry supposedly entertain his dates by showing them a video reenacting his exploits in Vietnam?
