More About Me

We got an email a few days ago from a reader who said we shouldn’t talk about ourselves or refer to our radio and television appearances. To which I say: Give me a break. This is a blog. It is, to some degree at least, about us. We do this for free. The downside is that we don’t get paid. The upside is we can talk about whatever the heck we want. For those who are only interested in hard-core political analysis, be forewarned. Later this weekend, if time permits, I intend to report on exciting developments in this year’s Miss World competition. Caveat emptor.
Anyway, that’s a preface to noting this Morning Call article about my upcoming encounter with Markos Moulitsas of The Daily Kos and Ana Marie Cox, the Wonkette. If you can make it, it should be fun, and I could certainly use the moral support, as I’ll be holding down the right and center and center-left portions of the political spectrum by myself.

Time: 7 p.m., next Tuesday, Oct. 19.
Place: Moravian College, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I forget the name of the auditorium, but I’m pretty sure it’s the only one, so if you make your way to the college it won’t be hard to find. Wireless internet connection will be available for bloggers who attend the free-for-all.
