My daughter the pundit

No one interviewed me last night, but the the local paper in the Tidewater area of Virginia interviewed my daughter:

Ron Rapoport, a government professor at the College of William and Mary, invited about 40 students to his home in James City County to watch election results. Laura Mirengoff, a 19-year-old junior and Bush supporter, didn’t think she would go to sleep knowing who would be the next president. “I’m not thinking I’m going to know tonight,” she said. “I think there will be a lot of lawsuits.”

Her prediction may have been a bit off (she stayed up until 2:30), but she wasn’t the only one who made that mistake. Plus, they spelled her name right.
