Elinor Brecher is the sister of one of my best high school teachers, Jerry Brecher. After I graduated from high school Jerry and I became friends. Elinor’s recollection of the brutal murder of her and Jerry’s cousin by PLO terrorists in 1978 hits home in connection with the sickening celebrations of Yasser Arafat now in progress: “The PLO killed my cousin.” Thanks to RealClearPolitics for including this column among its honor roll today.
