I Don’t Own Any Jodhpurs

What are jodhpurs, exactly? For me, at least, they have connotations of horseback riding, India, and unusual relationships. Jay Rosen has more.
There are some people who, every time you see them, you start edging toward the door in the hope that if they flip out and create some utterly bizarre scene, you won’t be one of the people who have to deal with it. This is one of those sad instances. The person in question is never mentioned here. Actually, he’s hardly ever mentioned anywhere, since no one reads his column.
