Moral hazard

Don’t miss Roddy Boyd’s New York Post article on the role played by Saudi “charities” in paying, and the Arab Bank in facilitating the transfer of, funds to compensate the families of suicide bombers: “Sick ‘martyr kits.'” I love Boyd’s quote of the Arab Bank spokesman: “Arab Bank abhors terrorism. The bank would never do business with individuals or organizations it knows to be terrorists.” Do you suppose Boyd asked the bank spokesman whether the bank considers suicide bombings of Israelis to constitute “terrorism”?
