I received a flyer from the Federalist Society previewing the 2005 National Lawyers Convention to be held in Washington, D.C. on November 10-12. The full list of speakers and panelists isn’t available yet, but the partial list includes Ken Starr, Ted Olson, Edith Jones, and Robert Bork. It also includes Nadine Strossen, president of the ACLU (pretty much a fixture at this event), Clinton administration solicitor general Walter Dellinger, and distinguished liberal law professors Cass Sunstein of Chicago and Akhil Amar of Yale.
