Total recall?

FEMA director Michael Brown has been recalled to Washington, D.C. Coast Guard Vice Adm. Thad Allen is now in charge of the on-site Katrina relief effort. The recall follows a Time Magazine report that Brown padded his resume.

JOHN adds: Good Lord. That resume was padded? It’s hard to imagine how it could have been much weaker.
