The sometimes “irksome” Lindsey Graham

deserves credit for sponsoring an amendment which would nullify a 2004 Supreme Court opinion which found that detainees at Guantánamo Bay have a right to challenge their detention in court. The amendment passed the Senate by a vote of 49-42. Michelle Malkin has the details.
