A sickening story

Weekly Standard editorial assistant Michael Goldfarb has found himself a knowledgeable source with the inside story on the Pentagon’s inadequate efforts to combat the enemy’s weapon of choice in Iraq: “Improvised explosive disaster.” Goldfarb’s column also notes the key role of Iran in magnifying the lethality of the IED as the enemy’s weapon of choice against Americans in Iraq. This is a deeply disturbing, long overdue column.
