Actually, the video could doom the prosecution’s case against the second student, too. If the accuser picked one obviously innocent man out of a photo-lineup, it’s hard to see how a jury can believe, beyond a reasonable doubt, that she got the other one right. Assuming that the alleged assault occurred at all.
