Interview with Hezbollah Kidnapper Released

Blog of the Week Vital Perspective notes that the IDF has released a video of an interview with a Hezbollah terrorist who was involved in the kidnapping of two Israeli soldiers, and was captured in subsequent fighting in Lebanon. I haven’t yet seen the video or a transcript of the interview; it apparently describes this terrorist’s role in the attack, which also killed eight Israeli soldiers. The most intriguing aspect of the news account is the statement that “in the interrogation, Suleiman volunteered information which shed light on a range of topics linked to Hizbullah and Syria and Iran’s link to activities in the area.” We’ll see how newsworthy that turns out to be.
