the Dems pick up four to six Senate seats this fall (as seems pretty likely) and if Sen. Lieberman defeats Ned Lamont by a decent margin (as the polls suggest he will), then isn’t John McCain the big winner?
Peter Brown, director of polling for Quinnipiac, seems to think so. And he predicts that the Lieberman campaign model will become McCain’s model, if he makes it to the general election in 2008.
